After 19 years of being an educator and a tax business owner, I felt like I wanted to make a change. I was making a six-figure salary and my business was profitable but something was missing. People would always want to talk to me and tell me their problems, desires and passions. When I realized that this was a constant thing, I began to ponder if this was my calling. Was I supposed to be talking to people and helping them find their own solutions to their problems-realize their desires and passions to live in their truth? I was feeling so confined in my job as an administrator and becoming burned out-I needed more. I was talking to a friend and she told me about her life coaching program. Everything that she was saying, resonated with me and I asked her to forward the information.
In 2015, I enrolled in an accredited professional coaching program (IPEC) and became a professional coach. The first day I attended classes I instantly knew that coaching was for me. My goals of helping to transform people’s lives for the better and helping them live their truth totally aligned with the coaching program. Realizing that I had some unresolved issues from my past that I needed to sort out in order to live in my own truth, I began working with a life coach. This was such a necessary process that had to take place before I could connect and help others do their work.

My experiences have given me insight into the real issues that people, especially women, endure daily.
