Who is Lisa A. McDonald?

Lisa has been an educator for over 25 years as a science teacher, mentor, and coach with Sandusky City Schools and as vice-principal and principal with Cleveland Metropolitan School District and Newark Public Schools. She is an experienced, certified professional coach. Lisa is the CEO and owner of IMPAC Coaching and Consulting Group which engages individuals, small groups and corporate clients. She also owns L & Q Tax Service, McDonald Notary and Insurance Services, LLC, and Luxe and Love Co., LLC. She is the wife of Omar Sr. and the proud mother of Quincee, Omar Jr. and Christopher.
Lisa is a member of the American Cancer Society and a Reach to Recovery Volunteer supporting new breast cancer patients through their journey.
